Terms of Use

Effective date: 5 October 2026. These terms replace the version dated 1 October 2026.
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of airpronews.com, our newsletter and our social media channels (together, the “Services”), operated by AirPro News LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“AirPro News”, “we”, “us”). By using the Services you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. What we provide
AirPro News publishes news, analysis and related content about the aviation, aerospace and space industries. The Services are provided for general information only. They are not professional, legal, financial, safety or operational advice, and nothing on the site should be relied on for flight operations, maintenance decisions, investment decisions or regulatory compliance without independent verification. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
2. How our content is produced
We work from primary sources — press releases, regulatory decisions, filings and official statements — and cite them in each article. We use artificial-intelligence tools to help gather sources, draft and structure articles and prepare social posts; every article is reviewed by a human editor before publication. Content may nonetheless contain errors, omissions or information that has since changed. We correct material errors when we become aware of them and may update articles without notice. To report a concern, email contact@airpronews.com with the article link; we aim to respond within two business days.
Where we identify content as “AirPro News analysis”, it is editorial opinion. Sponsored content is labelled as such.
3. Intellectual property
Articles, headlines, images we have created, logos, layouts and data compilations on the Services are owned by AirPro News or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Images and press materials supplied by third parties remain the property of their owners and are used with permission or under applicable law, with credit where provided.
You may read the Services for personal or internal business use, share links to our articles, and quote short excerpts with a clear attribution and a link to the original. You may not republish, translate or redistribute our articles in whole or substantial part, use our content to train machine-learning models, scrape or systematically download content, remove copyright notices, or use our name or logo to imply endorsement, in each case without our prior written permission. Licensing enquiries: contact@airpronews.com.
4. Material you send us
If you send us a press release, statement, image, video or other material, you confirm you have the right to do so and you grant AirPro News a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, edit, reproduce, publish and distribute it in connection with the Services, including in articles, social posts and the newsletter, and to keep it published indefinitely. We decide independently whether and how to cover any submission, and submission does not create any obligation to publish. Sending material does not make you a contributor or create any other relationship with AirPro News.
5. Newsletter
By subscribing you agree to receive our weekly newsletter and occasional service messages at the address you provide. We send through MailerLite; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by writing to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how subscriber data is handled.
6. Advertising and sponsored content
The Services carry advertising, including third-party advertising served by Google AdSense, and sponsored content that we label as such. Advertisers are responsible for their own advertisements and any products or services they promote; an advertisement is not an endorsement by AirPro News. Paid placements are governed by the terms agreed at booking and do not affect editorial coverage.
7. Third-party links and translations
We link to third-party sites, including the primary sources for our articles. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability or privacy practices. The Services can be displayed in languages other than English through automated translation; the English version is the authoritative one and translations may contain errors.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services unlawfully; to infringe anyone’s rights; to upload malicious code or interfere with the operation of the site; to collect information about other users; to impersonate any person; to access the Services by automated means beyond ordinary search-engine indexing; or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services or our systems.
9. Copyright complaints
We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe material on the Services infringes your copyright, send a notice to contact@airpronews.com identifying the work, the URL of the material, your contact details, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised and that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner. We will review promptly and remove or disable access to infringing material where appropriate.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that the information is complete, accurate or current.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AirPro News and its members, managers, employees, contractors and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Services or your reliance on any content, including AI-assisted content, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places these limits apply to the extent permitted.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AirPro News and the persons listed above from any claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms, your submissions, or your misuse of the Services.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property.
14. General
We may update these terms; the effective date at the top shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and AirPro News about the Services and may not be assigned by you without our consent.
15. AirPro Atlas, AirPro Games and leaderboards
AirPro Atlas. The Atlas is free to use and provided for information only. Its data comes from open sources and is checked automatically, but it can be incomplete, out of date or wrong: never use it for navigation, flight planning or any operational purpose. Names, codes and logos of airports, airlines and companies belong to their owners. You may share links to the Atlas and screenshots of it with credit to AirPro News; the data shown keeps its own licences, listed on its Data sources page. Messages sent with “Suggest a correction” must be accurate and courteous; we decide whether and how to act on them.
AirPro Games and leaderboards. AirPro Games are free to play. Nicknames must not be offensive, advertise anything or pretend to be someone else. Scores must come from games actually played: scores sent by scripts, bots or by changing the game are not allowed. AirPro News may remove any nickname or score at any time without notice. Nicknames, scores and times on the leaderboards are public, and a Carousel Run added to a leaderboard can be raced by other players as a ghost. The games are provided as they are, for entertainment. Their aviation data comes from open sources and can contain errors: never use it for navigation, flight planning or any operational purpose.
