Submit a Press Release

Submit a press release to AirPro News: a paper plane flying toward its target with the line Send it our way

Got news? Send it to press@airpronews.com.

We read every release the same day, and the ones that fit our coverage are written up as full AirPro News articles — with your release as the primary source, a link back to your newsroom, and distribution across our social channels and the weekly newsletter. There is no charge for editorial coverage.

What we cover

Aircraft orders and deliveries · first flights, certifications and type approvals · airline fleet, network and strategy decisions · airport infrastructure and investment · MRO facilities, capabilities and contracts · engines, components and manufacturing · funding rounds, acquisitions and partnerships · eVTOL, drones and autonomy · space launches, missions and contracts · SAF and sustainability programmes · training and workforce initiatives · defence procurement, deliveries and programme milestones.

What we don’t cover

Weapons and munitions, active conflicts and military operations, party politics, executive appointments and personnel news, share-price and stock-market news, consumer travel and loyalty content, awards and rankings, and opinion pieces. Releases on these topics won’t be published, however well written.

Make it easy for us

  • Send the release in the email body or as a PDF/Word file, in English, with the date and a clear headline. Please don’t send a link only — newsroom pages often block our tools.
  • Include the numbers: order sizes, values, dates, aircraft types, locations. Announcements with specifics get covered; vague ones don’t.
  • Attach 1–3 high-resolution images (JPG or PNG, at least 1200 px wide) that we are cleared to use, with a photo credit. A logo helps too.
  • Add a link to the release on your newsroom so we can cite it as the source.
  • Give us a media contact for follow-up questions, and say if the release is embargoed and until when.

What happens next

  1. We review the release for relevance and newsworthiness, usually within 24 hours on business days.
  2. If it fits, we write an independent article based on it. We may add context from other public sources and a short “AirPro News analysis” note, clearly separated from your announcement.
  3. The article is published on airpronews.com and shared on our social channels, and may be included in the Monday newsletter.
  4. We don’t send confirmations for every release — search the site or follow us to see coverage. Spotted an error? Email us with the article link and we’ll correct it.

Want guaranteed coverage?

Editorial coverage is our call and can’t be bought. If you need guaranteed publication, a specific date, or an interview-style feature, a sponsored article ($350) or the Sponsored Story bundle with social amplification ($850) may be the right fit — always clearly labelled. Details on the advertising page.
