Business aviation is the part of the industry that flies on the customer’s schedule: corporate flight departments, charter and fractional operators, and the manufacturers, FBOs and maintenance providers that serve them. The aircraft run from single-engine turboprops to ultra-long-range jets built by Gulfstream, Bombardier, Dassault, Embraer, Textron Aviation and Pilatus, and the market has grown structurally since 2020 as more companies and individuals moved to private flying. - FBOs and airports. Ground handling networks, hangar and terminal investment at business-aviation airports, and the fuel and SAF supply on the ramp.
- Maintenance and support. Authorised service centres, independent MROs, engine programmes and the parts and technician shortages that affect business jets as much as airliners.
- Regulation and sustainability. Certification of new types, operating rules, and the sector’s response to emissions scrutiny through SAF, book-and-claim and efficiency.
