Daher Aircraft Expands Brazil Service Network to Four Centers

Daher Aircraft has expanded its authorized service network in Brazil by adding two new maintenance centers, a move designed to support a growing domestic fleet of approximately 60 TBM turboprops.

Announced in a press release on August 4, 2026, during the Latin American Business Aviation Conference & Exhibition (LABACE) in São Paulo, the appointments of UP Aviation and Aeromecânica double Daher’s authorized service footprint in the country to four locations. The expansion coincides with the manufacturers broader push into the Brazilian market, following recent local certifications for its TBM 980 and Kodiak 900 aircraft.

New service center locations and capabilities

UP Aviation, based at Pampulha-Carlos Drummond de Andrade Airport (SBBH) in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, will provide factory-authorized maintenance for the Southeast region. The facility was already providing maintenance for regional TBM operators and now operates with full factory authorization.

Aeromecânica joins the network to cover southern Brazil. The provider will operate from two locations: Bacacheri Airport (SBBI) in Curitiba and Antonio Amilton Beraldo Airport (SBPG) in Ponta Grossa, Paraná.

These new additions join Daher’s existing Brazilian service centers: America do Sul at Sorocaba Airport (SDCO) in São Paulo state, and Voar Aviation at Uberlândia Airport (SBUL) in Minas Gerais. Together, the four providers establish a distributed maintenance network across southeastern, southern, and central Brazil.

Cross-border maintenance and ANAC certification

In tandem with its domestic expansion, Daher Aircraft is working to streamline maintenance for Brazilian operators traveling internationally. The manufacturer’s company-owned service center in Pompano Beach, Florida, has initiated the certification process with Brazil’s National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC).

Once approved, the Florida facility will be authorized to perform maintenance on Brazilian-registered TBM and Kodiak aircraft without requiring additional administrative procedures. The company noted this certification targets operators utilizing the TBM’s range for flights through North-America or onward to Europe.

Following the first Brazilian delivery of a TBM 980 on August 3, establishing localized, authorized maintenance ensures the manufacturer can support these newer, high-value airframes as they enter service.
